We deliver to addresses within Australia only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Delivery is available to locations where the sale and possession of cannabis products are legally permitted.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or international addresses.

Age Restriction

In compliance with Australian law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase cannabis products. Proof of age will be required at the time of delivery.

 

ID Requirements

The person receiving the delivery must provide valid, government-issued photo identification that matches the name on the order. Delivery will not be completed if:

  • The recipient fails to provide acceptable ID; or
  • The recipient appears underage and cannot verify their age.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will generally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

 

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Metro Areas: 1–3 business days.
  • Regional and Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.

If no one is available to receive the delivery and provide valid ID, the courier will:

  • Leave a delivery notification card; or
  • Return the order to the nearest depot or store for collection.

 

Redelivery Fees

If redelivery is required due to incorrect address details or missed delivery attempts, additional fees may apply.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and product for assessment.

 

Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us. We will work with the courier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.

 

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and the delivery of the correct product.
